The World Is Still Beautiful !

“Today I wake up at 8 in the morning…” It was this sweet little girl who was sitting next to me in the Mumbai Raipur flight writing her diary. I am sorry lady; I read few lines of your diary. But I was not intended to do so, it just came in front of my eyes while you were writing your diary. But I appreciate your habit of writing diary. Yes it must be your habit since you was carrying those beautiful checker board cover diary whose half of the pages was filled. Surprisingly almost every page of her diary was starting with the same line, “Today I wake up at 8 in the morning…”

Journey is one thing which brings a lot of incidents to learn thing, understand things and delight things. In the same journey one very interesting and perhaps unique incident bechanced. The flight was on the runways and was waiting for its headway from the ATC people to take off. There was a kind of silence spread in the flight. There were some murmurings which at times were attracting the attention of people. There two big boys was talking to each other. As the talk started progressing their languages became scornful. They started talking such loudly that people of at least 3 – 4 rows on either side got agitated with their talk. This fat man was sitting just in front of my row got up and said, “Excuse me, you can’t use such abusive language in public”.
That loudly talking man said, “Look I am not talking to you”.
“True but your voice is so loud that it is vexing us as well”.
“Oh I am extremely sorry” and the two folks reduced the range of their voice.

After about a week, coming back to Raipur, I was going by one of the roads of Raipur, a huge group of people were going by with ply card and slogan - shoughters. The demonstration was so huge that the participants of that rally had made a line of about 3 – 3.5 KM. This had created a very bad traffic jam which took more than an hour to get cleared after the rally. On the top of it, any body who was trying to cross their line was being beleaguered by the participant of the rally. The demonstration was going on to protest the government policies which protesters were thinking going against their wellbeing. So the culprit was government, they were sufferer but punishment was given to those who really don’t have to do anything with their problem. Yes, for solving my problem, I can’t involve entire world. To solve my problem, I would hit the root cause of it. I would not vex the entire world for it and go to sleep in night expecting that everything will be ok by morning, since I have given discommode to entire world for it.
Thank God, there are people like that fat man and the sweet little girl living in this world to make thing befall for them without involving the world. And that is why the world is still a beautiful place to live.
